Zoe Barber

I started my career in the leisure industry on the front line as a Lifeguard, working across various sites and gaining a strong understanding of customer service, safety, and day-to-day operations.
I progressed through Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, and Operations Manager roles, learning how to manage facilities, support teams, and deliver high-quality services for local communities.
After 17 years in the leisure industry, having worked across a wide range of roles and facilities, I felt it was the right time to give something back to the sector and broaden my perspective by becoming a Quest Assessor, using my experience to support others to continuously improve.

I am currently learning Greek and love visiting Greece on holiday with my family, enjoying the culture, language, and way of life.
I am an aviation enthusiast and hold a Private Pilot Licence (PPL), with a passion for flying and general aviation.
I enjoy travelling and visiting different countries, experiencing new cultures, and broadening my perspective through travel.
I have a real passion for sport, particularly football, which I enjoy both playing and watching, as I value the teamwork and competitiveness it brings.
